ALW-775 will join all aluminum alloys, including those that are not successfully joined by high temperature brazing. When drawn over heated aluminum, ALW-775 penetrates the aluminum oxide affecting a chemical bond that is 8 times stronger than the original commercial aluminum. The electrode potential between ALW-775 and the metal is so slight that electrochemical corro-sion is not a problem. The ALW-775 joints will last permanently in normal or protected enviro-ments and have lasted 10 years longer in severe conditions.

Repair Any Non-Magnetic Metals (Non-Ferrous Metal)

Heat the working surface (bit the rid), until the work surface is hot enough to melt the rod
Bring the rod in contact with heated surface. Once it melts & fills the gap, allow it to cool naturally back to room temperature.
